LOCATION: Ogden school, 24 West Walton Street, Chicago, 60610 (Drop Off at the corner of Walton and Dearborn, up the stairs and past the playground.)

Gymnasium 2nd floor.

No parents on the 2nd floor. Please drop off and pick up in the lobby. There are over 100 people at this rehearsal, and we do not need to add to the madness. Please return for pick up at 8:30. We usually end a little early. We will meet all parents in the lobby.

PARENTS MAY NOT ENTER BUILDING. DANCERS WILL ENTER WITH ME TO HOLDING AREA. PARENTS WILL PROCEED TO VIEW PARADE, BUT NEED TO STAY ON EQUITABLE SIDE OF THE STREET FOR PICK UP RIGHT AFTER THE FINALE.

ONCE WE ENTER MICHIGAN AVENUE, YOU MAY NOT RETURN TO THE HOLDING AREA FOR ANY REASON, UNTIL THE OPENING NUMBER HAS ALREADY BEEN SHOT.

PERSONAL NOTE: Please know traffic is terrible both Friday and Saturday, including foot traffic in the city. Leave enough time to arrive on time! The police close off equitable plaza very quickly on the day of the event. Once that happens it is very difficult for me to wait for any one and for any one to get to me. PLEASE, be on time!
